Well, well, well, gather round and grab those Guinness hats and throw on something green because this month we’re celebrating Irish authors.

We are heading to South East London for an afternoon of delicious dishes and bottomless beverages. Adding to our circuit of venues, we’ll be paying The Last Talisman a visit followed by a tipple or two at Nine Lives.

This month’s book is the brilliant A Girl is a Half-formed Thing by Eimear McBride:

The story of a young woman's relationship with her brother, and the long shadow cast by his childhood brain tumour.
